This Children's Privacy Policy also applies to information submitted by parents about their children to allow their participation in the Rams Kid's Club. How we Collect Your Child's Personally Identifiable Information, and How we Use that Information
Please note that we will not ask for any personal information about your child, beyond what is reasonably necessary for your child to participate in authorized activities on the StLouisRamsProShop.com website. Kids who are NOT Rams Kid's Club Members: There are a few activities on the StLouisRamsProShop.com website that do not require the submission of your child's personally identifiable information. Your kids can navigate around the site without disclosing any personal information. However, if your child wants to participate in certain activities, such as on-line games and contests, we may request that your child provide us with his or her email address. That email address will be used only in relation to the game or contests, and will be deleted once the game or contest is over. If your child's participation in a certain activity involves more than one contact with your child, we will also get your (the parent's) email address. We will use your email address to send you an email letting you know about your child's contact and give you the opportunity to decline your child's participation in the activity.

Kids who are Rams Kid's Club Members:If your child is a member of the Rams Kid's Club, we will collect the child's personal information from you, the parent. You will fill out a registration form that provides your permission for your child to participate in activities selected by you. We will collect your child's full name, mailing address, phone number; email address and birth date from you. This personal information will be used only for the activities that you have selected for your child - who can include receiving newsletters, receiving birthday greetings, posting comments in an open forum, playing games and receiving email and regular mail offers from the Rams and their corporate partners.

Cookies and Aggregate Data:In order to make the StLouisRamsProShop.com website work, we use a standard feature found in software browsers called "cookies." A cookie is a unique, random number that is stored in your internet browser. The cookie doesn't actually identify you or your child, just the computer that is used to visit the site. Cookies let us know how many people visit our website and where visitors go on the site. Parental Review of Collected Information

We will also provide parents of Rams Kid's Club members with a password that they can use to log in and review their child's stored information. You can ask to have any of that information changed or deleted at any time, and you can also ask that your children be removed from certain activities, mailing lists or email lists at any time.

Other Privacy Information
We will only use your child's personally identifiable information for the purpose for which it is collected and for the activities you have approved. We do not share personally identifiable information with any third parties for commercial purposes. The information that you provide to us will not be rented or sold to any third party under any circumstances. In the event that all or substantially all of our assets are sold or transferred to another party, all personally identifiable information that has been collected and saved may be transferred to the acquiring party.
